## Description

Jr. Multimedia Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

### Visual & Technical Expertise

-   Familiarize and work towards being the visual and technical "expert" for the podcast and company brand.

### Studio Management & Technical Setup

-   Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for multi-cam in-studio podcast recordings and on-location mobile/camera shoots.
-   Ensure the podcast studio is properly managed, maintained, and fully operational for all recording sessions.

### Video Production & Podcast Execution

-   Plan, produce, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content for podcasts, social media, digital campaigns, and internal events.
-   Manage photo/video shoots (lighting, framing, composition).
-   Execute complete post-production (editing, color correction, motion graphics, audio mastering, captions, and visual treatments).

### Graphic Design & Digital Asset Creation

-   Design and produce creative digital assets across marketing channels, including YouTube thumbnails (high-contrast, click-driven utilizing bold text and expressions), social media graphics, quote cards, promotional posters, digital ads, and presentation decks.
-   Ensure 100% strict adherence to brand guidelines.

### Content Archiving & File Management

-   Organize, manage, label, and securely back up all raw footage, project files, and final renders on the company's designated servers and cloud drives to ensure seamless production handoffs and asset retrieval.

### Research, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

-   Organize, manage, and back up all raw footage, project files, and final renders on the company's designated servers/drives.
-   Work closely with the Marketing team and 3rd party partners to align on narrative flow of the campaign.
-   Collaborate with internal departments, production partners, and other stakeholders to plan and execute multimedia projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment of requirements, and timely delivery of quality outputs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Film, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field (Other degrees may be considered depending on the experience or portfolio)
-   1–2 years of experience in video production, multimedia, content creation, or a related role
-   Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
-   Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for motion graphics and digital asset creation
-   Experience in video shooting, including camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording 
-   Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video/content trends
-   Willingness to work on-site and on location and adjust schedules when required for shoots
