Mercier Consultancy is proud to present an exceptional opportunity for a French Customer Service Representative to join a leading Telecommunications Giant, with relocation to Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide top-tier support to French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications services.

Your proficiency in French will be essential in delivering clear and effective communication, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a significant role in maintaining the company's reputation for outstanding service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in French regarding telecommunications products and services
-   Assist customers with troubleshooting, service inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues
-   Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with professionalism
-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Work closely with technical teams to address complex issues
-   Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company products
-   Participate in relocation process and adapt to working in Greece

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
-   Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
-   Previous experience in telecommunications or related customer service roles is preferred
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Comfortable using customer support software and CRM platforms
