## Description

We are seeking a qualified **Hematologist with Australian Board certification** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of hematological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological disorders.
-   Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.
-   Manage conditions including anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, hematological malignancies, and other blood-related conditions.
-   Order and interpret relevant laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic investigations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
-   Coordinate care with oncologists, pathologists, and other medical specialists where required.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
-   Follow clinical governance, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
-   Provide appropriate patient education and counselling.

## Requirements

-   Recognized medical degree with specialist qualification in Hematology.
-   **Australian Board certification/specialist qualification.**
-   Relevant clinical experience as a Specialist/Consultant Hematologist.
-   UAE medical licence or eligibility to obtain the relevant UAE authority licence.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
