## Description

We're looking for a **Content Writer** to own written content across thought leadership, LinkedIn, deal outreach materials, and company-facing collateral for a fast-moving private equity firm actively sourcing acquisitions across service company verticals. You will write content that positions the firm credibly in front of business owners, operators, and service company founders while supporting the deal team's outbound and brand-building efforts.

This is a writing-first role with a B2B and financial services orientation. You need to write clearly and confidently about business, investment strategy, and the service industries the firm targets without sounding generic or overly promotional. If you can produce sharp, well-researched content independently, match a defined voice and tone, and use AI tools to accelerate output without sacrificing quality, this role is a strong fit.

### Why You'll Want to Join

- You will be paid in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- **Paid Time Off** in accordance with company policy
- Observance of **Holidays** per company guidelines
- **100% remote setup** so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability during **US business hours**
- Write content with direct visibility to business owners and senior operators across multiple industries
- High-ownership content role inside a growing firm with a clear point of view and an active pipeline

### What You'll Work On

**Thought Leadership and LinkedIn Content**

- Write and ghostwrite thought leadership content for firm principals across LinkedIn and other professional channels
- Develop content that builds credibility and visibility with business owners, service company operators, and M&A-adjacent audiences
- Research industry trends, deal activity, and sector-specific insights to inform content angles and positioning
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with the firm's content and outreach strategy

**Deal Outreach and Sales Collateral**

- Write outbound email sequences, cold outreach copy, and follow-up messaging for the deal sourcing team
- Develop one-pagers, firm overviews, and pitch collateral that communicate the firm's value proposition clearly to prospective acquisition targets
- Tailor messaging to different service verticals including IT managed services, marketing agencies, BPO, accounting and finance, logistics, SaaS, software development, and recruiting

**Website and Marketing Content**

- Write and update website copy, landing pages, and firm positioning content
- Develop case studies, deal announcements, and portfolio narratives as the firm's deal activity grows
- Ensure all public-facing content reflects a consistent voice, tone, and professional standard

**AI-Assisted Research and Production**

- Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate research, drafting, and content variation
- Build structured content briefs and research summaries to support both writing and deal team preparation
- Maintain quality and accuracy across all AI-assisted outputs before delivery

### What You Bring

- Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter producing B2B content for professional services, finance, or business-facing audiences
- Strong research skills with the ability to write knowledgeably about business, investment, and service industry topics without deep prior expertise in every vertical
- Experience writing LinkedIn thought leadership, ghostwriting for executives, or producing content for a professional brand
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, and content acceleration
- Excellent written English with a clean, confident, and jargon-free style
- Ability to match a defined voice and tone and produce content that sounds human and credible rather than templated
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage a content calendar and deliver consistently without close oversight

### Nice to Have

- Experience writing for private equity, M&A, investment banking, or financial services firms
- Background writing for B2B service company verticals such as IT, marketing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience writing outbound sales copy or deal outreach messaging
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and what drives engagement with business owner audiences
- Background supporting a small executive team or founder in a content or communications capacity

### How to Apply

Please include:

1. Your **updated resume**
2. A **portfolio link or writing samples** showing at least 2 to 3 examples of B2B content, thought leadership, or professional services writing you have produced
3. A **short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes)** introducing yourself, walking through one piece of content you are proud of, and describing how you approached the research and writing process

**Only candidates who submit both writing samples and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.**

If you are a sharp, research-driven writer who can produce credible B2B content across multiple formats and want to own the content function for a firm building something real in private equity, this role gives you the scope and the direct impact to do your best work.
