Are you fluent in **Spanish** and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join the team supporting **Booking.com** in Greece and help travellers from around the world enjoy seamless travel experiences.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Provide professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions.
-   Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

## Requirements

·  You must have a C1/C2 level of **Spanish**, both written and verbal, and a high level of English. 

·  Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·  You must have a valid EU passport. 

·  You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
