## Description

Salary Range:  
\- $5000-$7000

Responsibilities:  
\- Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements.  
\- Collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs, and system requirements.  
\- Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.  
\- Work closely with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams throughout the development and testing process.  
\- Monitor product development progress and ensure features are delivered according to requirements.  
\- Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits, and Onboarding.  
\- Review customer feedback, market developments, and competitor products to identify areas for improvement.  
\- Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.  
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products.  
\- Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.  
\- Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows.  
\- Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes.  
\- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.  
  
Added Advantage:  
\- Experience with HRMS, HCM, Payroll, or ERP products.  
\- Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave, and Attendance processes.  
\- Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or complex enterprise software.  
\- Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Consulting.
