**POSITION SUMMARY**

The Business Coordinator supports daily operations by aligning cross-functional teams, tracking performance, and driving timely execution of plans. This role ensures visibility through reporting and analysis, resolves operational issues, and supports planning, scheduling, and communication. By enabling collaboration and continuous improvement, the coordinator helps maintain operational flow and improve delivery performance.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** 

-   Support day-to-day problem-solving of operational issues by working cross-functionally to identify root causes and drive timely resolution
-   Support execution of operational plans by aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources
-   Monitor progress against plans and escalate risks, delays, or constraints as needed
-   Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
-   Support meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and action tracking
-   Support action tracking, follow-ups, and accountability on key business deliverables
-   Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects and operational activities
-   Track and report on key performance indicators (Delivery, WIP, RFS, Cost) and provide regular updates to leadership
-   Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis to support decision-making and performance reviews
-   Support quarter-end delivery performance by coordinating cross-functional teams to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely coach delivery
-   Drive standardization and sustainment of best practices across teams
-   Travel to Pembina, ND plant on an as needed basis

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:**

-   Strong proficiency in data analysis and in Microsoft Office software.
-   Experience tracking KPIs such as Delivery, WIP, RFS, and Cost
-   Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools would be an asset (MS Project, Excel)
-   2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support roles
-   Experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be an asset
-   Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-   Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolutions
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment
-   Ability to travel to the United States (20%)
