## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Python Developer** to join our team on a **part-time basis** (0.5 FTE). We are open to both **in-house** candidates looking for a stable team environment and **freelance** developers seeking a flexible long-term collaboration. In this role, you will take technical ownership of a web ecosystem dedicated to products for parents and children, balancing new feature development with platform stability.  

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   **Technical Core:** Extensive experience with **Python**, specifically **Django, Wagtail, and Celery.**
-   **Data & Infrastructure:** Good knowledge of **PostgreSQL** and hands-on experience with **AWS** (Fargate and ECS are essential; Lambda and Cognito are a plus).
-   **DevOps Mindset:** Familiarity with **Terraform** is a strong advantage.
-   **Ownership:** Ability to manage and enhance complex systems (Wagtail CMS / Django wrappers).
-   **Communication:** Fluency in both **Polish and English** is required for effective team and client collaboration.

## Requirements

### **What You'll Do**  

-   **Product Development:** Work closely with the client and the team to build and maintain web applications for the parenting and childcare sector.
-   **System Evolution:** Manage and enhance three websites built on **Wagtail** with **React & Next.js** frontends.
-   **Full Lifecycle Engineering:** Handle new feature development, ongoing maintenance, and bug fixes to ensure maximum platform stability.
-   **Marketing Support:** Develop and optimize services tailored for the marketing department.
-   **Integrations:** Ensure seamless communication with the client's CRM through a dedicated Django-based wrapper.
