## Description

**Looking for Philippines-based candidates**

**Job Role:** Marketing Manager

**Compensation range:** $1,700 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly

**Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement

**Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

**Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

**Who The Client Is:** A multidisciplinary concept studio focused on hospitality, property, and experience-led projects. It develops end-to-end concepts that combine strategy, design, and operational planning to turn ideas into commercially viable, real-world ventures. The team bridges creative direction with practical execution, supporting clients from early concept development through to launch and optimisation.

**Role Overview:** We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing engine across a fast-paced pub and restaurant environment. This is not a purely strategic role — it’s execution-heavy, highly structured, and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume hospitality setting where marketing activity is planned, measured, and constantly moving.

You’ll be responsible for driving customer traffic, building brand presence, and executing coordinated campaigns across multiple venues. The environment is fast-moving and commercially focused, with a strong emphasis on planning ahead in structured cycles and delivering consistent marketing output that directly impacts revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Strategic Marketing Planning

- Develop and maintain the annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned with venue revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and campaign schedules.
- Present marketing updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

- Manage and update website content and ensure strong online presence.
- Oversee Google Business Profile and digital listings.
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and customer behaviour.
- Manage online reputation and review responses.

Social Media Management

- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms.
- Coordinate creation of engaging content (photo, video, reels).
- Manage community engagement and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with influencers and local personalities.
- Monitor social media trends and performance metrics.

Events & Entertainment Marketing

- Promote live entertainment, events, and venue activations.
- Develop and execute event marketing campaigns and launch plans.
- Coordinate with entertainment and operations teams.
- Track event attendance and campaign effectiveness.

Food & Beverage Marketing

- Promote restaurant offerings, seasonal menus, and beverage campaigns.
- Support chef-led promotions and special events.
- Develop initiatives to increase average guest spend.
- Coordinate menu launches and product promotions.

Customer Loyalty & Database Marketing

- Manage CRM and loyalty marketing programs.
- Develop EDM campaigns and segmented customer communications.
- Drive customer retention and repeat visitation initiatives.
- Analyse customer behaviour and database trends.

Brand Management

- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand assets, photography, and promotional materials.
- Oversee external creative agencies and output quality.

Internal Communication & Reporting

- Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing with operational goals.
- Attend management meetings and provide campaign updates.
- Deliver clear reporting on campaign outcomes and performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- 3–5+ years’ marketing experience in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or retail.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience managing CRM systems and EDM campaigns.
- Proven experience in event and promotional marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality venues such as bars, restaurants, or hotels.
- Background in graphic design or content production is an advantage.
- Experience working with agencies and external creative partners.

**Tools to Use**

- Redcat – Point of Sale (POS) system & customer app
- Impact Data – CRM, EDM & SMS marketing platform
- Trello – Task management and communication platform

**Work Arrangement & Expectations:**

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
