We’re partnered with a fast-growing, well-funded startup based in Oslo that’s building next-generation products at the intersection of software engineering and AI. They’re now looking for a Software Engineer with strong .NET experience and exposure to modern AI tools to join their team.

  

This is a high-impact role in a scaling environment where you’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape both the product and technical direction.

  

What you’ll be doing

-   Building and scaling backend systems using .NET (C#)
-   Working with modern AI tools and APIs to develop intelligent features
-   Collaborating closely with product and design to deliver end-to-end solutions
-   Taking ownership of key features and driving them from idea to production
-   Contributing to architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment

  

What they’re looking for

-   Strong experience with .NET / C# in production environments
-   Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI APIs, LLM integrations, or similar)
-   A product mindset with a desire to build impactful, user-focused solutions
-   Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with high autonomy
-   Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
