## Description

Optimiza is searching for an Oracle Technical Consultant to join our talented team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise in Oracle technologies, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle solutions for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of database management, application development, and systems integration will be key to delivering effective solutions that meet our clients' unique business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle applications, including PL/SQL programming, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
-   Conduct database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
-   Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and design technical specifications that align with business needs.
-   Oversee the deployment of Oracle applications, ensuring proper configuration and integration with other systems.
-   Provide technical support post-implementation, addressing any issues that arise and providing timely resolutions.
-   Prepare and maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and modifications.
-   Mentor junior technical consultants and team members, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   7+ years of experience actively working as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
-   Strong expertise in Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Application Framework.
-   Experience with Oracle Database Administration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery methodologies.
-   Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including integrations with other applications.
-   Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
-   Relevant Oracle certifications in technical areas is highly desirable.
