**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects across our organization. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of software products, and act as a key liaison between engineering, product management, and stakeholders.

This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate technical challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.

## Requirements

-   Proven Professional Backgroundin managing technical programs from inception to delivery in a senior role
-   6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
-   Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts effectively
-   Expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
-   Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
-   Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects
-   Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
-   Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making in ambiguous situations
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
