### **MEP Drafter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)**

### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a **skilled MEP Drafter** to assist in **creating MEP shop drawings** using **AutoCAD and Revit MEP**. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical drafting abilities, and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop **accurate and detailed MEP shop drawings** based on project requirements.
-   Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet **industry standards and specifications**.
-   Utilize **AutoCAD and Revit MEP** for drafting and design tasks.
-   Interpret architectural and engineering plans to integrate **MEP systems** effectively.
-   Review drawings to ensure compliance with **local building codes and project requirements**.
-   Adjust and revise drafts based on **client feedback and project updates**.
-   Maintain organized documentation and version control for all drawings.

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP** (essential).
-   Experience in **MEP drafting** (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
-   Understanding of **building codes, regulations, and standards**.
-   Ability to read and interpret **architectural and engineering drawings**.
-   Strong attention to detail and **problem-solving skills**.
-   Effective communication skills to collaborate with **team members and clients**.
-   Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
