### **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **high-energy Sales Representative** to join our Cape Town team.

This is a **high-performance, outbound sales role** where you’ll engage directly with US business owners, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through consistent, high-volume activity.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Make **150–200+ outbound calls daily** to US-based prospects

-   Engage with decision-makers and qualify business opportunities

-   Identify funding needs and position relevant solutions

-   Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

-   Follow up effectively to convert opportunities

-   Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

-   Maintain accurate records within the CRM

## Requirements

-   Experience in **outbound sales / telesales / B2B environments, this is not a customer service role!**
-   Strong communication skills with a **clear, confident English accent**
-   Ability to handle **high call volumes and rejection**
-   Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
-   Target-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
-   Comfortable working **US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, on-site)**
