**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales Reporting & Analysis:**

-   **Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales performance against targets** across the entire Field Force (FF) to identify key trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
-   Develop and implement standardized sales reports and metrics.

**Data Visualization & Business Intelligence:**

-   Lead the development of dynamic and interactive sales performance dashboards using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as **Power BI**.
-   Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual narratives for stakeholders.

**Strategic Collaboration:**

-   Act as a key partner to the **Sales and Marketing teams**, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance overall sales force effectiveness.
-   Facilitate regular performance review meetings with data support.

**Data Management & Insight Generation:**

-   Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and reporting systems.
-   Generate **proactive, actionable insights** from sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar quantitative field.
-   At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis or BI, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
-   Strong critical thinking skills used to diagnose performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
-   Expert-level Excel (modeling and pivot tables) and Power BI proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
-   Precision & Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting reliability.
