**Position Summary**

Working with our third Party Order Fulfillment partners, the Logistics Coordinator handles the daily movement of goods in both directions. Outbound, that means finished products, components and demo equipment. Inbound and repair, which means customer returns, RMAs and repair orders. Where required, the role does the shipping, receiving, customs and carrier work to get shipments delivered on time, compliantly and at a reasonable cost, and works closely with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs and subcontracted repair centers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Transportation & Shipping**

-   Book domestic and international shipments by air, ocean, ground and courier. Pick the mode and carrier based on cost, transit time and service level.
-   Act as the day-to-day contact for carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs and repair service providers. Provide them with shipment instructions and direction.
-   Track shipments and handle exceptions such as customs holds, delays, damaged goods and carrier issues. Update internal teams and customers on status.
-   Give Sales, Customer Service and Professional Services shipment visibility and delivery estimates, and support field requirements.

**Customs & Trade Compliance**

-   Prepare and manage customs paperwork, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, HS/tariff classifications, and import/export licenses.
-   Run denied party screening and applied export control classifications (ECCN, and ITAR where it applies) and country-specific import restrictions.
-   Coordinate customs clearance for international returns and repair shipments, both outbound to repair centers and back to customers.
-   Manage our duty accounts around the world to ensure where possible duty exposure is minimized and duty recovery is managed.
-   Familiarity with CBP, ACE Portal and CARM Portal

**Reverse Logistics & Repair Orders**

-   Process customer RMAs and internal and external repair orders, and make sure they are complete, documented and shipped on time.
-   Coordinate shipments to and from subcontracted repair centers, following OEM repair instructions and processes.

**Inventory & Records**

-   Check inventory levels and make stock transfers between warehouses and distribution hubs as needed.
-   Keep shipment, repair and inventory transaction records accurate in the ERP/TMS.
-   Transact inventory receipt and shipments from suppliers and to customers into and out of the March Networks ERP system (SAP)

**Qualifications**

-   A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, International Trade or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-   3+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, customs or reverse logistics, ideally in a technology, electronics or manufacturing company.
-   2+ years of inventory control experience.
-   Working knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and export control requirements.
-   Experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers across North America, EMEA and/or APAC.
-   Comfortable with ERP and transportation systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar, ACE Portal and CARM Portal) and with Excel.
-   Strong customer service focus, organization and follow-through. Able to juggle many shipments against tight deadlines.
-   Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts, across time zones.

**Preferred certifications (asset, not required):** CCS, CITP or an equivalent customs or trade certification.

**Work Environment**

-   Mainly office-based, with regular time in the shipping and receiving area. The role involves using cargo knives, tape dispensers, pallet trucks and hand carts, and some physical effort.
-   Requires focused attention and occasionally extra hours to meet shipping deadlines. There will be some early or late calls with overseas partners and carriers.
