## Description

**Job Purpose**

To oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support strategic objectives, enhance institutional branding, attract students locally and internationally, and build effective partnerships with educational and media organizations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goal.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team.

• Prepare regular reports to senior management on marketing KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with University policies and core values in all marketing activities.

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM).

• Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).

• Strengthen the University’s brand image locally and internationally through events, conferences, and campaigns.

• Supervise creative content development (brochures, videos, social media posts).

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose improvement initiatives.

• Manage the University’s official website and social media platforms.

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Coordinate with the Admissions Department to align campaigns with student recruitment targets.

• Track and report on marketing performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates).

• Organize educational fairs and promotional workshops.

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational partners.

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goals.

• Prepare feasibility studies for new marketing campaigns.

• Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).

## Requirements

**Academic Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector).

• Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset).

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.

**Authorities**

• Approve and implement marketing campaigns within the approved budget.

• Recommend contracts with external marketing agencies and platforms.

• Direct supervision over all Marketing Department staff.
