## Description

Florida Window & Door is a leader in the home improvement industry, specializing in the installation of high-quality impact windows and doors. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to come aboard our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the company’s continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
-   Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
-   Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
-   Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
-   Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
-   Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS

**Requirements:**

-   1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
