Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a prominent Travel Company based in Greece. This role includes a fully paid relocation package, welcoming candidates who are ready to start a new chapter in a vibrant and beautiful location.

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking travelers, assisting them with travel inquiries, bookings, and providing personalized travel advice to ensure memorable experiences.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service in French, handling travel-related inquiries and bookings
-   Assist customers with travel planning, reservations, changes, and cancellations
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to fulfill customer requests
-   Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and company offerings
-   Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel and hospitality
-   Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or tourism industry, is highly desirable
-   Adaptability and openness to relocation to Greece with fully covered relocation support
-   Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
