## Description

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Ensure having healthy pipeline of supply to achieve order fulfillment targets of each category and each team member/FOS ● Partner(Driver) training: ensure training of partners by team members about porter standards. ● Ensuring retention targets for partners are met ● Supply retention: Will be involved in supply retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, etc. ● To provide insights on partner’s issues and challenges ● Create good working environment within the team ● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share it with the management Skills Required: ● Ability to make excel reports is a plus ● Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills

## Requirements

Experience: 5+ years experience in Supply/BD/Sales Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in sales and Marketing Core Competencies: 1. Communication 2. Team Management 3. Network development Functional Competencies: 1. Team work 2. Partner (Driver) Engagement 3. Driver retention
