## Description

**IBMC** is assisting a premier and rapidly growing international **Lifestyle & F&B Brand Group** headquartered in Singapore. Our client is a major trend-setter in Southeast Asia, developing unique and high-profile concepts spanning premium F&B, beauty, wellness, art, and retail. As they expand across Indonesia, they are seeking an energetic and results-driven Operations Manager to anchor their daily multi-branch execution.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee the daily multi-outlet operations and commercial performance of all our F&B branches in Indonesia. Directly supervising the Restaurant Managers at each location, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, strict brand consistency, and the achievement of rigorous sales and service targets. This role requires a powerful combination of field leadership, sharp business acumen, and cost-control discipline.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Multi-Branch Supervision:** Oversee, audit, and optimize the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring brand standards are executed flawlessly across all locations.
-   **Team Leadership & Accountability:** Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to Restaurant Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and strict accountability.
-   **Financial Analysis:** Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports (sales, COGS, labor costs, and profitability) to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
-   **Sales & Promotion Delivery:** Set and execute operational sales targets, promotional initiatives, and service strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
-   **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure all branches are 100% compliant with Indonesian health, safety, hygiene, and local licensing regulations.
-   **Talent Development:** Support and guide outlet-level recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, and continuous training programs for service staff.
-   **Supply Chain & Vendor Audit:** Oversee local vendor agreements, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely billing processes, and supply chain efficiency.
-   **Escalation Resolution:** Act as the final point of escalation for complex operational issues or high-level customer feedback.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Outlet Manager handling **multi-unit operations** within the hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.
-   **Financial Literacy:** Strong understanding of operational budgeting, labor cost optimization, P&L analysis, and tight cost control.
-   **Language Skills:** Professional proficiency in **English** is mandatory for cross-border alignment. Conversational Mandarin or Korean is a significant plus.
-   **Flexibility:** Available and willing to work flexible hours within outlet operating structures, including weekends and public holidays.
-   **Compliance Knowledge:** Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, local licensing structures, and food safety standards.
-   **Soft Skills:** Outstanding conflict resolution, team management, and crisis-management capabilities.
