**Location: Albion, NY**  
**Salary: $208,000 – $220,000 annually**

**About the Role:**

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide a full range of primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and care coordination. You will serve as a lead clinical member of the care team, collaborating with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other team members to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the care team in clinical decision-making and provide supervision to NPs and PAs
-   Conduct physical exams and detailed patient histories
-   Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of conditions
-   Prescribe medications in accordance with NY State guidelines
-   Perform minor surgical procedures
-   Refer patients for specialty care as needed
-   Review labs, imaging, and other patient data, ensuring timely follow-up
-   Document all encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EHR
-   Adhere to scheduling and productivity standards
-   Participate in community outreach and off-site programs
-   Follow infection control policies and support compliance among staff
-   Engage in peer review and quality assurance initiatives
-   Attend staff and provider meetings, and assist with updating clinical protocols
-   Maintain an unrestricted New York medical license and active DEA certification
-   Maintain board certification in your specialty and stay current through CME

**What You Bring:**

-   MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-   Current New York State medical license
-   DEA certification
-   Board certified or board eligible (must obtain certification within 18 months of hire)
-   CPR certification
-   Strong communication and leadership skills
-   Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office
-   Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare, including primary care
-   At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
