**Position**

We are currently looking to recruit a qualified candidate to join our HCMC office as a **Tax Adviser**.

**Reports to:** Manager/Director/Partner

**Key external relationships:** Clients

**Key internal relationships:** Project Managers, Representative Partners, Directors

**Salary range:** Competitive, varying based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant and the needs of the Practice.

**Position type:** Full Time - Regular

**Working Hour:** Mon-Fri, 09.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m

**Location:** Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

_**Primary Responsibilities of the Role**_

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prominent local and international clients, providing strategic guidance on tax matters related to inbound and outbound investments in Vietnam. You will collaborate closely with a highly skilled team of tax and corporate lawyers at various DFDL offices, gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions and cross border structures. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading Vietnamese and international investors, deepen your technical expertise, and contribute to high impact projects shaping Vietnam’s investment landscape.

## Requirements

_**Essential Skills & Proficiency**_

-   Minimum 3 Years+ of experience.
-   Law or accounting firm experience will be highly regarded.
-   Must have technical knowledge and working experience in tax laws, especially advisory experience.
-   Must have practical experience in dealing with Vietnamese and international clients.
-   Excellent English communication, proactive problem-solving ability and effective task management skills are essential. Applicants must provide a valid English language proficiency certificate as part of their application.
-   A member of a Bar Association or Professional Accounting Body would be a plus.
-   The position will be based in HCMC.
