## Description

**Overview**

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our client's expanding Multi-Speciality practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is an in-person position where you'll provide care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans. **Must be credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid**

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits through a telemedicine platform
-   Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
-   Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
-   See approximately 25 patients per day

## Requirements

-   Active Nurse Practitioner in New York
-   **Must be credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid**
-   Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
-   Telehealth experience is a plus
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

## Benefits

**Compensation- $130,000-$160,000**
