### About the Role

**Creative & Design | Digital, Print & Learning Materials**

- We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support a design team in producing high-quality visual assets for a variety of client projects.
- This is an opportunity for an early-career designer to develop their skills while working on a diverse range of digital, print, learning and presentation materials. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and a Design Lead, turning creative briefs into clear, engaging and effective visual outputs.
- We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in design principles, a willingness to learn, and the care and attention to detail needed to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Support the creative team in delivering design assets across a range of client projects.
- Translate briefs, brand guidelines and creative direction into effective visual designs.
- Create and adapt digital and print materials, presentations, learning resources and other design assets.
- Prepare work carefully for review and final delivery, checking accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines, communicating proactively about progress and workload.
- Take ownership of straightforward design tasks, building confidence and independence over time.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and apply lessons learned to future projects.
- Collaborate with experienced designers and stakeholders to ensure work meets the brief and intended audience needs.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency and attention to detail.
- Explore new design tools, techniques and ways of working to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Approximately 0–2 years of graphic design experience, including relevant projects, internships or recent graduate work.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills, creativity and understanding of visual communication.
- A good foundation in layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and image selection.
- Confidence working with established brand guidelines, templates and creative briefs.
- An understanding of how design choices support the audience and purpose of a communication.
- Familiarity with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines reliably.
- A willingness to receive feedback, learn from experienced colleagues and develop your creative judgement.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing your design skills.

## Requirements

Desirable Experience

- Experience creating digital assets for websites or social media.
- Basic knowledge of print production processes.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials or learning resources.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- An interest in new design tools, techniques and emerging creative workflows.

Your Portfolio

Please include a portfolio showcasing a selection of your strongest work. Ideally, this should demonstrate:

- Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Your ability to interpret a brief and design for a particular audience.
- Experience following brand guidelines or working with templates.
- Examples of digital and print work, where available.
- Your creative potential, attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn.

You should be able to explain the brief behind your work, the design choices you made and how you incorporated feedback.
