We are looking for a highly driven and experienced SDR to support our North American market outreach from India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (CxOs) in the US market using multiple outbound channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other modern prospecting techniques. Candidates with prior exposure to the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) domain will be preferred.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
-   Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
-   Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
-   Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
-   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

**Mandatory Skills:**

-   Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-   Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
-   Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM).
-   Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs.

## Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you should have:**

-   3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport
-   Self-motivation and ability to work independently
-   Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
-   Proficient in using CRM systems
