## Description

**TGA Premier Sports** is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of **Junior Tennis Coach** for our afterschool programs and camps. In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor young athletes aged 5-14 in a fun and supportive environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include following our curriculum and lessons plans, leading practices and drills, and instilling a love for tennis in your students. You will work closely with children to help them build foundational tennis skills, while also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

This is a part-time position, ideal for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for youth sports and education. You will have the flexibility to work afternoons during the school year and throughout the summer during our camp programs.

## Requirements

-   Must be at least 16 years old
-   Enthusiasm for teaching and coaching children
-   Prior experience in tennis is preferred but not mandatory
-   Ability to work after school hours, typically between 1:30 PM and 5 PM
-   Reliable transportation needed for travel to various coaching locations
-   Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kids and parents
-   Passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle
-   Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
