## Description

We are looking for an **Implementation Consultant – Jira (ITSM)** to support and enhance our Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms.

This role focuses on **Level-1 and Level-2 support**, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Jira ecosystem.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide **Level-1 and Level-2 support** for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
-   Troubleshoot **workflows, permissions, automation, and configuration issues**
-   Manage **user access, roles, permission schemes, and configurations**
-   Assist in **workflow design and form configurations**
-   Handle **incident and service request tickets** related to Jira platform
-   Coordinate with senior consultants for **complex escalations**
-   Support **system health monitoring and platform upgrades**
-   Maintain **documentation and configuration consistency**

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science or related field**
-   **1–3 years of hands-on experience** in Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)
-   Basic understanding of **ITSM processes** (Incident, Change, Request)
-   Experience with **workflow configuration, SLAs, and permission schemes**
-   Strong **problem-solving and communication skills**

### Preferred

-   ITIL Foundation certification
-   Exposure to **Jira Asset Management (Insight)**
-   Basic knowledge of **REST APIs, HTML, or JavaScript**
-   Experience working in **enterprise IT environments**
