### Role Summary

We are hiring a **Full-Cycle Sales Executive** to manage the **entire sales process end-to-end** for the French market — from market research and lead generation to outreach, qualification, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously sold **marketing or lead generation services** and understands how to position value-driven solutions to B2B clients.

### Key Responsibilities

**1\. Market Research & Lead Generation**

-   Identify target industries, ICPs, and key decision-makers in the French market
-   Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
-   Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach strategies

**2\. Outreach & Prospecting**

-   Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
-   Engage prospects and generate qualified opportunities
-   Adapt messaging based on industry and buyer persona

**3\. Sales Qualification & Pipeline Management**

-   Qualify leads based on budget, need, and decision-making authority
-   Manage pipeline through CRM and maintain accurate reporting
-   Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations

**4\. Closing & Revenue Generation**

-   Present Division50’s marketing and lead generation services
-   Handle objections and negotiate terms
-   Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handover

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Native or fluent **French** + strong English communication
-   Proven experience in **full-cycle B2B sales**
-   Prior experience selling **marketing services, lead generation, or digital marketing solutions (MANDATORY)**
-   Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
-   Ability to manage the full sales pipeline independently
-   Results-driven with a strong closing track record
