## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Hawaii**

**Location:** Hawaii  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits

**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Hawaii. This opportunity is a strong fit for a therapist who values meaningful client connections, professional autonomy, and a consistent work structure. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients while being part of a practice that values quality care, clinical responsibility, and a thoughtful approach to mental health support.

**Key Duties**

-   Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform
-   Establish treatment goals and adjust care plans based on client progress
-   Support clients working through emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions
-   Determine when referrals or additional services may be beneficial
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Follow Hawaii licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

## Requirements

-   A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
-   An active Hawaii LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.
-   At least two years of clinical experience.
