## Description

_**Position Summary :**_

The _**Quality Specialist**_ will perform routine quality inspections, measurements, sampling, and monitoring activities to ensure that raw materials, production processes, packaging materials, and finished products meet approved quality and food safety requirements.

 _**Job Description :**_

-   Conduct sampling and inspection of raw materials and packaging materials and monitor the product quality during production and packing operations.
-   Perform required measurements and tests according to approved methods.
-   Monitor hygiene and GMP compliance within production areas
-   Identify and segregate non-conforming products/materials as instructed
-   Complete quality inspection records accurately on time
-   Maintain proper documentation and traceability records
-   Ensure that measuring equipment used is within valid calibration status.
-   Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the quality inspection area

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in food science Agriculture, science or a related field
-   Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, PRPs, CCPs and OPRPs
-   Basic Knowledge of ISO 22000/FSSC and ISO 9001
-   Good command of Microsoft Office
-   0-1 Years of relevant experience in quality /QA/QC in food industry
