We are excited to offer a remote position for a **Reels & Photo Editor** to work with a Canadian construction company. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in short-form video and photo editing, who can help showcase the company’s projects and enhance its brand presence on social media.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Edit 30–60 second Instagram Reels using raw job site footage and drone shots
-   Apply cuts, music, text overlays, and pacing consistent with brand style
-   Edit photo albums using Lightroom with brand presets
-   Apply color grading and deliver polished, client-ready photo sets
-   Create static posts and carousels in Canva using brand templates
-   Organize raw files from shoots into a clean, consistent folder system
-   Scout Instagram and TikTok for top-performing content in construction/trades
-   Support with basic post scheduling and content calendar management

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in CapCut
-   Proficiency in Lightroom (color grading + presets)
-   Proficiency in Canva
-   Experience editing short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok format)
-   Strong eye for pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling
-   Ability to work independently with minimal direction

**Nice to Have**

-   Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
-   Familiarity with AI tools (Kling, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
-   Experience with construction, trades, or industrial content
-   Basic Meta Suite knowledge (scheduling, publishing)
