**LGBT Great's Mentoring Programme has connected 400+ participants across 100+organisation in 18 countries to date.**

LGBT Great’s Mentoring Programme works by connecting Mentees with Mentors (LGBTQ+ and allies) across different organisations and regions around the world.

The programme also serves as a reverse mentoring opportunity to find out more about the experience of walking in an LGBTQ+ person's shoes.

-   Request a Mentor from the [Mentor Directory](https://www.lgbtgreat.com/mentor-directory) by completing a [Request a Mentor](https://www.lgbtgreat.com/redirect-eventbank?redirect=https://lgbtgreat-members.glueup.com/membership/23974/apply/application-details//) application form.
-   Participants who complete our [Join our Mentoring Pool](https://lgbtgreat-members.glueup.com/membership/15632/apply/application-details/) application form will be paired with Mentees / Mentors in LGBT Great’s community. Matches are made based on overlapping interests and aspirations. 
-   Applications are open throughout the year and matches are made on a rolling basis.
