### Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Production Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.  

Key Responsibilities:

-   Monitor and manage the complete production process, including material weighing, processing, compression, filling, blistering, and packaging.
-   Lead and coordinate the work of production staff, ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
-   Prepare and clean production equipment according to established procedures prior to operations.
-   Evaluate production conditions and promptly address any operational issues.
-   Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

-   0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
-   Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
-   Proficient in English (spoken and written)
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
