## Description

Acquire and onboard merchants and local business owners to the platform, helping them launch successfully and generate their first sales.

\## Key Responsibilities

\### Merchant Acquisition

\* Identify and approach target merchants.

\* Conduct field visits and meetings.

\* Present the platform and its benefits.

\* Build and maintain a merchant pipeline.

\* Generate qualified merchant leads.

\### Merchant Onboarding

\* Assist merchants with registration and account setup.

\* Support product uploads and account activation.

\* Coordinate the merchant's first live stream.

\* Follow up until the first successful sale.

\### Relationship Management

\* Build long-term merchant relationships.

\* Gather merchant feedback and requirements.

\* Report opportunities and challenges to management.

\* Maintain regular communication with merchants.

\### Sales & Performance

\* Achieve monthly acquisition targets.

\* Increase merchant activation rates.

\* Improve merchant conversion rates.

\* Support merchants in becoming active sellers.

## Requirements

\* Experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.

\* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

\* Ability to conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings.

\* Self-motivated and results-driven.

\* Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace businesses is a plus.

\* Number of acquired merchants.

\* Number of activated merchants.

\* Number of merchants generating sales.

\* Lead-to-signup conversion rate.

\* Merchant activation rate.

\* First-sale conversion rate.

\* Merchant retention after 30 days
