We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Operations Manager - Freight** to oversee daily freight operations focusing on LTL, FTL, intermodal, and expedited shipments. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage end-to-end freight operations including planning, scheduling, and execution of shipments.
-   Oversee team members responsible for freight booking, carrier management, and shipment tracking.
-   Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies.
-   Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
-   Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.
-   Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers, vendors, and partners.
-   Handle problem resolution and escalate issues as necessary.
-   Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

### Qualifications:

-   5+ years of experience in freight operations or logistics management.
-   Proven leadership skills with experience managing operational teams.
-   Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal, expedited).
-   Familiarity with TMS software and freight tracking tools.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-   Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred but not required.
