Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join a leading Delivery Service company in Greece. This role includes a fully paid relocation package, making it easier for you to start your new career in the beautiful country of Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support in Danish regarding delivery service inquiries.
-   Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, payment inquiries, and service information.
-   Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Document customer interactions and provide accurate information in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional command of the Danish language (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   A minimum English fluency of B2 is required.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in delivery or logistics services.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and working experience.
