Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Slovak Support Specialist based in Sofia, with fully paid relocation. This role is ideal for a dedicated support professional who is fluent in Slovak and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support and assistance to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex cases.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the system.
-   Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer support, ideally within a technical or IT-related field.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia; relocation expenses will be fully covered by the company.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
