We are looking for a **Sales Representative** to support the expansion of operations in Northeast Mexico.

This role will be responsible for developing the regional market, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored industrial solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
-   Proven experience in industrial or technical sales
-   Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (preferred)
-   Advanced Spanish and English communication skills
-   Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

-   Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Drive sales development across Northeast Mexico (Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas)
-   Develop and manage key accounts, building long-term business relationships
-   Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
-   Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
-   Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
-   Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service
-   Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities
-   Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
