### What You'll Be Doing

-   Run residential service calls and **diagnose, educate, recommend, and sell solutions** based on each homeowner's needs
-   Present options for electrical **repairs, replacements, upgrades, and improvements**
-   Complete high-quality residential electrical service and installation work
-   Troubleshoot circuits, systems, and equipment using modern tools and technology
-   Deliver an awesome customer experience from the moment you walk in the door
-   Partner with dispatch and customer service to keep the day running smoothly
-   Own your work, prioritize safety, and take serious pride in doing the job right

## Requirements

-   **18+ years old** with a valid driver’s license
-   **MN Journeyman license required**
-   Hands-on residential electrical experience
-   Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
-   Strong communication and technical electrical skills
-   Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

### Compensation

**$50–$60/hour+**  
**OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually** — and yes, top performers blow past that.
