## Description

Parallel Employment is currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved efficiently and safely throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Operate forklifts to transport materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse.
-   Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
-   Organize inventory in storage areas.
-   Conduct regular safety checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
-   Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
-   Assist with inventory control and perform cycle counts as needed.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
-   Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
-   Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
-   Strong communication skills.

**Pay:** $18.72 - $20.12

**1st shift Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 3:00pm**

**1st shift Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm**

**2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm**

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as a forklift operator.
-   Forklift certification preferred.
-   Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Team player with effective communication skills.
