We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Japan boutique team. Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.

## Requirements

-   ラグジュアリー小売／ファッション小売業界での1年以上の実務経験
-   優れた販売実績と顧客満足度（CRM）の実績
-   店舗運営とビジュアルマーチャンダイジングを自主的に管理できる方
-   日本語を母国語とする方。中国語または英語のスキルがあれば尚可
-   チームワークを重視し、積極的な姿勢をお持ちの方
-   親しみやすく、顧客サービス志向の方

-   You love APM Monaco
-   Minimum of 1 year of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail
-   Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM
-   Able to manage store operation and visual merchandising independently
-   Native Japanese speaker required. Chinese or English language skills preferred
-   Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude
-   Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
