## Description

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced **Dual General Manager** to oversee the daily operations of both **Charleys Cheesesteaks** and **Sbarro**. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who excels in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

### What You'll Do

-   Provide overall leadership for both the Charleys Cheesesteaks and Sbarro restaurants.
-   Drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
-   Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members.
-   Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
-   Analyze business performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
-   Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
-   Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture across both restaurants.
-   Build strong teams while maintaining high employee engagement and retention.
-   Collaborate with travel center leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

### Qualifications

-   Minimum of **3 years of General Manager experience** in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
-   Multi-unit or multi-concept management experience is highly preferred.
-   Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
-   Experience managing P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
