## Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Caller to support a UK-based employer in their sales team, providing top-notch service to business-to-business clients. This role is ideal for a South African professional with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. As an Outbound Sales Caller, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue for the company.

• Generate new business leads through outbound calls to potential clients

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

## Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant years' experience in sales or a related field

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence using tools such as CRM software and telephony systems

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous

• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
