## Description

**We are setting up a Talent Management function with a main focus on:**

-   **Performance Management:** agile, lead the enterprise-wide performance appraisal, goal-setting (e.g., OKRs), degree feedback, and review cycles.

-   **Talent identification:** Discovering, recognizing, and mapping the skills, competencies, and high-potential capabilities of both current employees and job candidates.
-   Building & operating performance management , setting up talent process (HiPo, talent review), setup & manager promotions framework, setup and manage the DEI agenda, setting up & operate the recognition, career framework & progression.
-   **Succession Planning & Talent Reviews:** Partner with business unit leaders to identify high-potential (HiPo) employees, map critical roles, and build robust succession and career-progression pipelines.
-   Manage the annual performance management cycle by working alongside HR team in rollout of goal setting, performance reviews and managing the performance calendar.
-   Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure solutions are relevant, drive key business outcomes, align to key talent strategies, and reinforce the culture across the company.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy and dedicated focus on Talent Management, Talent Development.

-   Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and competency mapping.
-   Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic business goals into people initiatives.
-   Solid experience in performance management, succession, HiPo frameworks.
-   Learning agility and strong AI Fluency.
-   Strong critical thinking (being able to draw from past experience and build something that fits Nawy).
