## Description

**IBMC** is assisting a premium **Wellness & Retreat brand** located in the serene area of **Seseh, Bali**. Our client specializes in creating transformative experiences through holistic wellness, high-end hospitality, and mindful living. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can capture the soul of our property and the essence of the wellness journey for our global community.

As a **Photo and Videographer**, you will be responsible for defining the brand's visual narrative. Working **on-site at our Seseh property**, you will document everything from high-energy retreats and serene day-to-day moments to strategic marketing campaigns. We need a creative professional who is not only a technical expert with a camera but also an editor who understands how to create thumb-stopping content for social media and high-end brand storytelling.

## Requirements

-   **Identity:** Must be an **Indonesian Citizen** currently residing in **Bali** willing to work on-site in Seseh immediately.
-   **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of professional experience in photography and videography. Experience in social media content production is a significant plus.
-   **Technical Skills:** Strong mastery of camera operation, lighting, audio basics, and post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
-   **Aesthetic Sense:** Strong visual eye with a proven ability to align storytelling with high-end brand aesthetics.
-   **Communication:** Strong verbal and written **English** communication skills to interact with our international team and guests.
-   **Passion:** A genuine interest in the retreat, hospitality, and wellness industry.
-   **Soft Skills:** Ability to manage shooting schedules independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Content Creation:** Capture high-quality photo and video content that reflects the brand’s unique atmosphere and aesthetic.
-   **Production Management:** Plan and execute shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, audio basics, and shot composition.
-   **Social Media Optimization:** Produce and edit both short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form content optimized for digital marketing platforms.
-   **Post-Production:** Edit, color grade, and retouch visual assets to align with the brand’s tone and storytelling direction.
-   **Creative Collaboration:** Partner with the Marketing Team to brainstorm and develop visual concepts for launches, events, and brand campaigns.
-   **Archiving:** Document brand moments and organize raw/edited files into a structured content library for future marketing use.
-   **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated with visual trends and shooting techniques relevant to the luxury hospitality and wellness industry.
