## Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer the role of Portuguese Customer Agent for a leading streaming services provider in Greece. This opportunity includes fully paid relocation, enabling you to bring your Portuguese language expertise to an innovative and fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for supporting Portuguese-speaking customers by resolving their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing a seamless streaming experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries and technical questions related to streaming services in Portuguese
-   Assist with subscription management, billing issues, and troubleshooting streaming problems
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
-   Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to resolve complex customer issues
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience through feedback and suggestions
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product features and policies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is required. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application materials.
-   Experience in customer support, ideally within digital media or streaming services
-   Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support
