### **Client Experience Specialist**

### **Position Overview**

The Client Experience Specialist is a client-facing execution role responsible for supporting aircraft transactions from early prospecting through closing. This position serves as a key coordination and communication partner across Sales, Technical, Research, Marketing, and Engagement & Closing, helping ensure clarity, momentum, and follow-through throughout the deal lifecycle.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with people, and takes pride in keeping complex processes running smoothly. It is not a traditional sales role and does not carry a sales quota.

### **What You’ll Do**

**Sales Enablement & Deal Support**

- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support prospecting and active transactions
- Maintain visibility across deal stages, follow-ups, and next steps
- Prepare agendas, notes, and action items for sales-related meetings
- Travel to support audits, inspections, pre-purchase processes, and closings as needed

**Project Management & Coordination**

- Own deal setup, timelines, checklists, and trackers within internal systems
- Coordinate calendars across internal teams, clients, vendors, and third parties
- Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment and proactively surface solutions

**Client & External Communication**

- Support professional, high-touch client communication
- Coordinate with escrow companies, maintenance facilities, program providers, and other third parties
- Help ensure a seamless, well-orchestrated client experience

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

- Work daily with Technical, Research, Marketing, and Engagement & Closing teams
- Step in to fill gaps and maintain deal momentum when needed
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts

### **This Role Is a Great Fit If You…**

- Enjoy being in the middle of the action
- Take pride in enabling others to perform at a high level
- Appreciate structure but can operate comfortably amid ambiguity
- Want meaningful client exposure without carrying a sales quota
- Are energized by responsibility, pace, and accountability

### **What Success Looks Like**

- Strong trust and confidence from Sales leadership
- Timely, accurate coordination with minimal dropped balls
- Clear, professional communication internally and externally
- Consistent deal momentum with reduced rework and friction

## Requirements

- **Required**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, finance, aviation, consulting, analytics, or a client-facing professional environment
- Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, or client advisory roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, research, and reporting tools
- Willingness to learn and operate within CRM, project management, and research systems
- Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable receiving direct feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to manage priorities, stay ahead of details, and manage up effectively
- Comfort working directly with clients and senior professionals
- Willingness to travel as part of active transactions
- Team-first, service-oriented mindset

- **Preferred**
