As demand for high-quality hurricane protection continues to grow, we’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for **driven, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.**

This is a **100% commission + bonus opportunity** designed for self-motivated salespeople who thrive in a performance-driven environment. We provide **pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments**, so you can focus on what you do best — **building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.**

### What You’ll Do

-   Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
-   Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs
-   Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
-   Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
-   Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
-   Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
-   Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand

### What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for **motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.**

Successful candidates will have:

-   Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

-   Professional appearance and attitude
-   A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process

**Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required.** If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

### Schedule & Requirements

-   Full-time
-   Monday–Saturday
-   One weekday + Sunday off
-   Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
