Are you a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking business? **The Role**

In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient running of all warehouse operations—from goods-in to final dispatch. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure seamless inventory control, and champion best practices across health & safety, logistics, space management, and customer service.

**Your key areas of responsibility will include:**

-   Managing day-to-day operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch
-   Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
-   Overseeing stock control, audits, and replenishment
-   Optimising warehouse layout, equipment usage, and space planning
-   Coordinating with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
-   Driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control
-   Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
-   Delivering operational excellence through KPI tracking and data-led decision-making

## Requirements

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader. We’re looking for someone who is:

-   Experienced in managing warehouse operations in a similar fast-paced environment
-   Confident in leading teams, setting performance standards, and promoting a positive workplace culture
-   Highly organised with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
-   Proficient in using data and KPIs to drive performance
-   Well-versed in compliance, health & safety, and warehouse systems
-   Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
-   Experience in vendor management, shipping coordination, and sustainability practices will also be advantageous.
